Application

We supply a complete line of downhole drilling stabilizers to increase rate of penetration and control hole deviation problems. All stabilizers (including spiral blade, straight blade, integral blade, welded blade, sleeve-type, and stainless steel nonmagnetic types) are designed to meet or exceed strict quality control standards. All alloy stabilizers are manufactured from AISI 4145H modified heat-treated steel for various configurations and hole sizes.

Five Kinds of Hard Facing

HF1000: Crushed tungsten carbide inserts (TCI) held in a nickel bronze matrix
HF2000: Trapezoidal tungsten carbide inserts (TCI) held in a sintered carbide nickel bronze matrix
HF3000: Embedded with trapezoidal tungsten carbide inserts (TCI) spray welded on the blades
HF4000: Tungsten carbide inserts (button type) pressed tightly in the holes of blades at room temperature
HF5000: Oxy-acetylene process applies tough molten carbide particles of varying sizes in a nickel chrome matrix
