API 6A flat gate valve

• Gate valves are designed to meet customer demand for high quality, reliable performance and affordable valves. All gate valves of Zhengxuan are made of modern raw materials and processing technology. It is easy to maintain and fully complies with international design requirements and quality assurance. All gate valves are manufactured according to API 6A specifications and are manufactured in API Q1 and ISO 9001 certified workshops.

• All body covers are machined from cast or forged AISI4130 or AISI410, other special materials such as Inconel stainless steel or duplex stainless steel are also available on request.

• Precision grinding between the valve plate and the seat ensures a reliable seal between the metal surfaces.

• Expansion flat valves are designed with an elastic sealing surface and flow seal on the seat to ensure that the seat is tightly wedged into the seat opening when opened or closed.

• All gate valves are bidirectional seals, there is no risk of pressure leakage, and the pressure in all directions has a good sealing performance.

• The stem seal is non-elastic and is suitable for most fluids and gases. Valve stems with PTFE/R-PTFE seals have minimal operating torque due to reduced friction resistance. The stem seal can also use graphite materials according to the actual temperature environment.
